The Opportunity

We are looking for a results-driven Freelance Paid Ads Specialist to scale our reach to international students and professionals. Your mission is to design and manage high-conversion campaigns that attract qualified candidates into our various academy tracks (Finance, Tech, Sales, etc.). This is a high-autonomy role where you are directly rewarded for efficiency. You will have the freedom to test new channels, creative assets, and targeting strategies to maintain our growth across all verticals.

Experience We’re Looking For

• Proven Performance: Success in lead generation or application-based campaigns, ideally within EdTech, recruitment, or career coaching.
• Arbitrage Mindset: Experience managing campaigns with a focus on lowering Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) while maintaining lead quality.
• Multi-Sector Knowledge: Ability to pivot messaging for different personas, from aspiring Data Scientists to Finance professionals.
• Targeting Expertise: A deep understanding of how to reach international student demographics and professionals interested in the UK job market.

The Deal

Performance-Based Compensation

We operate on a transparent, performance-led model that rewards your expertise in keeping acquisition costs low:

• Fixed Payout: We pay £10.00 per successful application gathered.
• The Incentive: If your cost per application is lower than £10.00, you keep the balance.
• Historical Context: Our campaigns previously ran in the £7.00 to £8.00 range per application.
• Expected Volume: We aim to generate 250 to 500 applications per month through this channel.

• 2+ years of work experience with Lead Generation
• 2+ years of work experience with Campaigns
