We are seeking a proactive and experienced Recruiter to manage our overseas recruitment efforts. This individual will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our expanding operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Desired Competencies and Qualifications
- Fluency in English is essential in this position.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably with experience in overseas recruiting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports to management.
