We are looking for a **Regional Service Manager.**
The Regional Service Manager is responsible for overseeing service operations across a designated region, ensuring high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This role involves managing multiple service teams, optimizing performance, and aligning regional operations with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage service operations across multiple locations within the assigned region
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services in line with company standards
- Develop and implement regional service strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze service performance metrics and implement improvement plans
- Manage and support regional service teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Oversee regional budgets, cost control, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across service operations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
- Professional certifications in service management or operations are an added advantage
Experience
- Minimum of **7–12 years** of experience in service operations or related field
- Proven experience in a managerial or regional leadership role
- Experience managing multi-site operations and large teams
