Supply of 6480 Saving and Credits Booklets, 245 Registers, 216 Stamps, 216 Inkpads, and 216 Inks to INADES-Formation Rwanda

INADES-Formation Rwanda is implementing the project entitled ‘Projet de renforcement des capacités socio-économiques des femmes rwandaises à travers l’agriculture familiale et la microfinance communautaire pour un développement durable, Phase II’ with the funds from Basque Government via ALBOAN in the districts of NGOMA, RWAMAGANA, BUGESERA, NYARUGURU, NYAMAGABE and HUYE. The client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued. Under the funds of the Basque Government through ALBOAN, INADES-Formation Rwanda invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the supply of 6480 saving and credits booklets, 245 registers, 216 stamps, 216 inkpads and 216 inks to INADES-Formation Rwanda.

How to Apply:

Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from 15th, April 2026, 09:00 AM at INADES-Formation Rwanda Secretariat. Well printed bids, properly bound, must be submitted to INADES-Formation Rwanda Secretariat not later than 27th April 2026 at 14:00 PM. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
