Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Vice President (VP) of Sales for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. The VP of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build strong customer relationships across the APAC territory. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the APAC market, and the ability to manage and motivate a high-performing sales team.

<4>Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the APAC region aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through effective sales planning, execution, and performance management.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team across various countries in the APAC region.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments within the APAC territory.
  • Foster strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on sales performance, market dynamics, and strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
<4>Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role, preferably within the APAC region.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing sales strategies that have driven significant revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of the APAC market, including cultural nuances, business practices, and regulatory environments.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales force.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience in [mention relevant industry, e.g., SaaS, technology, manufacturing, etc.] is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the APAC region.
  • Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in other APAC languages is an advantage.
