We consider our cards to be an<br>important part of our service offering and are looking for a team member to help us<br>ensure well written, genuine and personal cards are created.<br>If you are a hardworking and enthusiastic team player who enjoys working in a<br>fast-paced environment, then we should chat.</p><p>What experience and skills you need for the role:<br>Ideally, you should have:<br>● Matriculation / Grade 12<br>● Good computer literacy and basic knowledge of IT<br>● Basic administrative skills<br>● Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)<br>● Attention to detail to recognise if there are any oddities that creep into our cards<br>or address checks<br>● Well organised &amp; neat worker<br>● Above all, a great desire to make our customers happy!</p><p>Who you are:<br>● You feel energised when talking about food, cooking, entertaining and homeware<br>● Creative and imaginative and can draw on inspiration from various sources<br>● Enjoys the challenge of making repetitive tasks interesting and efficient<br>● Can effectively self-manage time and prioritise<br>● A team player with a collaborative and supportive nature<br>● Comfortable working with computer-based systems<br>● Able to readily engage with colleagues<br>● Excellent handwriting and language skills<br>● You have a strong sense of responsibility for creating a memorable experience<br>and working alongside a team representing our retail brand in every way possible</p><p>What this role looks like:<br>● Office-based role (Mondays - Fridays)<br>● Occasional shifts on public holidays and Saturdays during periods of high order<br>volumes<br>● Fulfilling customer card requests and business needs<br>● Ensuring customer orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible<br>● Working in a collaborative manner across the Customer Support team</p>
