Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Food Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- Additional qualifications in Operations Management or Food Processing will be an added advantage.
- Minimum three 3 years' experience in poultry processing or meat production.
- Minimum two2 years managing a commercial poultry abattoir.
- Proven experience leading production teams.
- Strong understanding of poultry processing systems.
- Experience implementing HACCP and food safety systems.
