Location - Province - North West
Location - Town / City - Mahikeng
To ensure that goods and services are delivered and received as per order.
To issue stock items as per request to the Customer and maintain high level of service.
Binning of stock items.
Cycle counting of stock items.
To ensure goods are kept neat and clean (housekeeping)

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 with Mathematics.
• Drivers Licence
• Knowledge of MS Office is compulsory.
• Knowledge of SAP or an equivalent warehouse system will be advantageous.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment - 2 years

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintaining and adhering to Procurement and the warehouse processes and instructions
• Assist with order expediting.
• Standby Duties and work overtime as required
• Driving forklifts and cranes to move heavy loads
• Receiving of Goods and Services - Comparing goods and services received to purchase orders and capturing GRN – Goods Receipt Note and Service Entry on SAP.
• Processing returns to suppliers where applicable.
• Communicate collection with internal customers when their order requests have been delivered.
• Receipt, handling and storage of hazardous substances, chemicals or goods.
• Issuing of Stock Items - Issuing of stock items using FIFO method to internal customers as per approved reservation.
• Issuing of Diesel and Petrol as per request.
• Stacking and storage of goods.
• Binning of Stock Items - Identify stock items and match bin locations.
• Handling and moving heavy items including driving of forklift to bin heavy loads.
• Cycle Counting - Counting stock items as per count sheets and investigating variances
• Ensure accurate capturing of data - Timeous and correct updating of goods receipts and goods issues on SAP.
• Ensure the status of stock is correct on both the system and floor.
• Governance - Maintaining and adhere to the warehouse processes and instructions.
• Comply with work rules, standards and methods.
• Housekeeping - Always maintain a high level of housekeeping. Take care to minimise waste.
