Driver

Job Summary:

The Driver is responsible for providing safe, timely, and efficient transportation services for staff and executives as assigned. The ideal candidate must be reliable, safety-conscious, and familiar with road regulations and routes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly to assigned destinations.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of staff, clients, or materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report faults or maintenance needs promptly.
• Ensure vehicle documents, licenses, and insurance are valid and up to date.
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company driving policies.
• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
• Assist with loading and unloading items when necessary.
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism while carrying out duties.
• Run official errands as assigned by management

Eligibility:

• Minimum of SSCE qualification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum of 2–5 years proven driving experience.
• Good knowledge of road safety regulations and local routes.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Good interpersonal and time management skills.
• Must be punctual, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work flexible hours when required.

Preferred Skills:

• Defensive driving skills.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
• Professional appearance and conduct.

Working Conditions:

• May require occasional overtime or weekend work depending on operational needs.
• Outdoor and on-road working environment.
