Job Description

WUSC is a Canadian non-profit organization working to create a better world for all young people. We bring together a diverse network of students, volunteers, institutions, and governments to foster youth-centered education, employment, and empowerment. Our programs are currently operating in 15 countries across Africa, Asia, and the Americas. We are currently seeking a Finance and Administration Officer for our office in Mityana, Uganda.

The Finance and Administration Officer will be responsible for the financial management and administrative operations of the WUSC office in Mityana. This includes budgeting, financial reporting, cash management, procurement, and office administration.

Qualifications

  • Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in an NGO setting
  • Proficient in accounting software
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

The position is based in Mityana, Uganda and is open to Ugandan nationals only.
