Inbound Supervisor II - Midrand DC

Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• 2–3 years' supervisory or team leadership experience within a Distribution Centre or warehouse environment.
• 2–3 years' logistics, warehousing, or supply chain experience.
• Experience managing inbound operations or returns processes.
• Good knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.

Key Duties

• Supervise the day-to-day inbound returns operation.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure returned stock is received, inspected, and processed accurately.
• Monitor productivity and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate reporting and operational records.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve returns processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
