Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective property buyers through various sales channels.
- Present and explain real estate projects accurately and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate and close property sales to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the real estate industry in a sales role.
- Proven ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and committed to achieving sales goals.
Compensation
- Basic Salary: KES 30,000 per month, payable upon achieving the minimum monthly sales target of at least one (1) unit sold.
- Commission: Attractive commission payable on every successful sale in accordance with the company's commission structure.
