Job Description

We need to output clean semantic HTML with

for paragraphs,

for section headers,
  • for list items. No CSS, no divs, no br. Must preserve original content word-for-word, no addition/removal. The input already contains HTML tags like

    ,
,   etc. We need to transform to required format, preserving text content exactly (including spaces? but we can ignore   as they are spaces). We must remove
tags and replace with appropriate structure? The instruction: preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase. However we must output only HTML tags

    ,

    ,
    • . We cannot keep
tags because they are not allowed. But preserving content word-for-word means we cannot remove any text content, but we can change markup? The instruction says preserve original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase. That likely refers to the textual content, not the markup. So we can change tags as needed, but must keep the same text. Thus we need to parse the input text, extract sections, and output with appropriate tags. We have a job description with many paragraphs. There's no explicit job title, company etc. The text is about MTN and a role (maybe Product Manager Home Broadband). There's no explicit title given. We must keep all content. We need to identify section headers: "Education", "Experience", "Functional Competencies", then sub-sections like "Leadership Competencies", "Product Strategy & Proposition Development", "Product Lifecycle Management", etc. Also there are paragraphs before those. We need to wrap each paragraph in

. For list items (lines starting with bullet • ), we need to wrap in

      • . Also need to treat headings: maybe each heading like "Education", "Experience", "Functional Competencies", "Leadership Competencies", "Product Strategy & Proposition Development", etc should be

. Also there are headings like "Product Lifecycle Management", "Market Launch & Commercial Readiness", "Product Performance & Optimisation", "Customer & Market Insights", "Product Governance & Standardisation", "Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management", "Innovation & Portfolio Evolution". Also earlier there are paragraphs like "Global Influences:", "Environmental / Industry Demands:", "Organisational Mission:" maybe treat as headings? They end with colon. Could be considered section headers. The instruction: Use

for section headers (e.g. Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role). So we should treat those as headings. Thus we need to convert lines that are headings (ending with colon or just a title) into

. Also need to preserve the colon? The heading text includes colon maybe. We should keep it as part of heading. We also need to handle bullet points: lines start with "•". There are also some with " " before bullet. We'll treat bullet lines as list items. We need to ensure we don't duplicate headings. Let's extract the raw text content from the input, ignoring HTML tags. Input:

The Home Broadband market is evolving rapidly, driven by changing customer expectations, increasing competition, new technologies and the convergence of connectivity with digital and connected-home services. As MTN scales FTTH and FWA across markets with different levels of maturity, affordability and infrastructure readiness, the ability to develop propositions that are customer-led, commercially attractive, scalable and capable of local adaptation is increasingly important.
This role provides the product execution capability required to translate Group Home strategy into market-ready propositions, accelerate launches, manage products through their lifecycle and systematically scale successful propositions and practices across OpCos.

Global Influences: Increasing demand for FTTH, 5G, smart homes, IoT, and high-speed internet connectivity is shaping broadband services. Global innovations and industry trends, such as cloud computing, fibre expansion, and smart technologies, are key drivers of service demand.

Environmental / Industry Demands: There is a significant gap in home broadband penetration across Africa, with growing competition from both traditional and new entrants. Regulatory considerations and the need for partnerships with local infrastructure providers play an important role in broadband rollout.

Organisational Mission: MTN’s vision is to lead digital transformation in Africa, ensuring widespread access to reliable, high-quality broadband services that drive social and economic development.

We need to output HTML. Approach: iterate lines, detect headings (lines that are not bullet and not empty, maybe ending with colon or just a title like "Education", "Experience", "Functional Competencies", "Leadership Competencies", etc). Also "Global Influences:", "Environmental / Industry Demands:", "Organisational Mission:" are headings. Also there are headings like "Product Strategy & Proposition Development", etc. We need to wrap paragraphs (non-heading, non-bullet lines) in

. For bullet lines, we need to collect consecutive bullet lines into a

          with
        • each. We must preserve text exactly, including spaces and punctuation. We'll need to strip leading/trailing spaces? Probably keep as is but we can trim spaces for consistency. The instruction says preserve word-for-word, so we should not remove spaces inside text. Leading spaces maybe not meaningful. We'll output without extra spaces. We need to handle   and & entities. We should keep them as is (they are part of text). In output HTML, they will be interpreted as entities; that's fine. We must not use
. So we need to replace
with line breaks? Actually we should just ignore
tags and treat them as separating lines. So we can treat
as line break. Thus we need to parse the raw text after stripping tags. Let's extract plain text by removing

          ,

          ,
,   (but keep as space), & (keep as &). Actually   is a non-breaking space; we can replace with a regular space. We'll do manually reasoning. Better to think of sections: First paragraph(s) before "Live Y’ello": Actually first two

blocks. Let's reconstruct: Block1: "We at MTN are a purpose and value-led organization. At MTN, we believe that understanding our people’s needs and aspirations is key to creating experiences that delight you at work, every day. We are committed to fostering an environment where every member of our Y’ello Family is heard, understood and empowered to live an inspired life. Our values keep us grounded and moving in the right direction. Most importantly, they keep us honest. It is not something we claim to be. It is in our DNA." Note there was a   before
after "inspired life." but we can treat as space. Block2: "As an organisation, we consider it our mission to create an exciting and rewarding place to work, where our people can be themselves, thrive in positivity and ignite their full potential. A workplace that boosts creativity and innovation, improves productivity, and ultimately drives meaningful results. A workplace that is built on relationships and achieving a purpose that is bigger than us. This is what we want you to experience with us!" Block3: "Our commitments go beyond an organisational promise. It is in our leadership and managerial ethos to meaningfully partner with our employees, customers and stakeholders with a vision to realise our shared goals. Live Y’ello • Lead with Care • Can-do with Integrity • Collaborate with Agility • Serve with Respect • Act with Inclusion" Note there were   and
before Live Y’ello and bullets. Thus block3 includes a paragraph then a heading? Actually "Live Y’ello" maybe a heading? It's not colon. Could be considered a heading? Not in list. Might be a tagline. We'll treat as paragraph? It's a line alone. Could be considered a heading? Not sure. We'll treat as paragraph. Then bullets list. After that block4: "The Home Broadband market is evolving rapidly, driven by changing customer expectations, increasing competition, new technologies and the convergence of connectivity with digital and connected-home services. As MTN scales FTTH and FWA across markets with different levels of maturity, affordability and infrastructure readiness, the ability to
