Senior Sales Representative

• Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors in Agronomy, Plant Protection, International Trade or related fields are preferred.
• At least 3 years of international sales experience. Sales experience in agricultural inputs (pesticides, fertilizers, seeds) is mandatory.
• Candidates familiar with the West Africa market, especially Ghana market, will be given priority.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Twi.
• French proficiency is an advantage.
• Sound professional knowledge of crop pests and diseases as well as agrochemical product characteristics
• Familiarity with AEA and MOFA officers.

• Proficient in customer negotiation, quotation and business follow-up.
• Strong market insight, able to visit farmers and distributors
• strong organization for farmers education, demonstration, shop promotion.
• Result-oriented, capable of working independently
• available for business trips within Ghana.

• Develop distributors, large-scale farmers and agro-retailers inGhana and neighbouring West African countries.
• Promote pesticides and fertilizers, and provide customers with technical guidance on pest and disease management solutions.
• Conduct order negotiation, prepare quotations, follow up payment, shipment and after-sales service.
• Gather local market intelligence, including competitor pricing, pest outbreaks and policy updates.
• Attend agricultural exhibitions and carry out field customer visits.
• Customers profiling and following sales process.
