Salary:₦200,000Gross

Job Summary

The Station Manageris responsible foroverseeing the daily operations of the filling station, ensuring efficient fuel sales, customer satisfaction, inventory accountability, safety compliance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all daily station operations.
  • Ensureaccuratefuel dispensing and sales reporting.
  • Monitor fuel stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
  • Supervise station attendants and support staff.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor cash handling and reconciliation processes.
  • Investigate stock variances and losses.
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards.
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Prepare operational and sales reports.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper appearance of the station.
  • Drive initiatives to improve station performance and profitability.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience managing a filling station or retail operation.
  • Knowledge of petroleum retail operations is an advantage.
