Job Description
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the store. You’ll lead and inspire a team of passionate individuals to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and ensure the store reflects the high standards of the Apple brand.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead, mentor, and develop your store team to perform at their best.
● Ensure the store consistently meets or exceeds unit, financial, and developmental targets.
● Maintain an in-depth understanding of Apple products and solutions to create a store synonymous with everything Mac in the eyes of your customers.
● Manage all in-store operations, including staffing, stock, merchandising, and customer experience.
● Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and head office teams.
● Analyse and report on store performance, trends, and customer insights.
● Uphold high standards in visual merchandising and brand representation.
● Drive operational excellence and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements:
● Completed Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE). (Tertiary Qualification would be advantageous)
● Minimum 5 years experience leading large teams in a high-turnover, complex retail environment.
● Strong leadership and matrix management skills with the ability to drive collaboration across multiple departments.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment while maintaining strategic oversight.
● Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
● Strong operational and reporting skills, with experience using data to make informed decisions.
