If you enjoy<br>working with products, systems and data, and like being the person who makes sure everything<br>is right, this is for you.</p><p><br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What experience and skills you need</strong><br>● At least 2 years' experience in a commercial environment<br>● Admin experience, with an understanding of financial and stock processes<br>● Strong organisational and project management skills, and the ability to work to tight<br>deadlines<br>● Self-driven, and able to manage your own workload and outputs<br>● Excellent written and verbal communication<br>● Intermediate Excel skills<br>● A fast learner who builds strong working relationships across teams, both internally and<br>externally<br>Qualifications<br>● Required: relevant work experience in an office environment<br>● Advantageous: an administrative, retail or merchandising tertiary</p><p><strong>What your role looks like</strong></p><p><br>You'll be responsible for the accuracy and quality of Edison Stone's wholesale catalogue and<br>product information across our systems and retail platforms. That covers two things: listing new<br>products from our brands, and keeping existing product information up to date. This includes<br>specs, technical details, imagery, pricing and warranties.<br>You'll be the link between Edison Stone, our brands and our retail partners. It will be your job to<br>make sure retailers receive everything they need to create high-quality product listings. Before<br>anything is uploaded or shared, you'll do the first quality check on content, images,<br>specifications and costings. That means spotting gaps and inconsistencies and following up<br>until the information meets our standards.<br>You'll work closely with our Key Account Managers, Planning Analysts, Sales Administrators<br>and Sourcing team. This isn't a purely administrative role. It suits someone who takes<br>ownership, manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and is always looking for<br>ways to improve how things are done.<br>You’ll also look after day-to-day product compliance, including collecting, checking and<br>maintaining certificates, test reports, approvals, permits, and packaging and labelling<br>information provided by our brands. You’ll keep records accurate and up to date, follow up on<br>outstanding documentation and requirements, and flag any missing information to the Sourcing<br>and Wholesale teams. You’ll ensure products have the necessary compliance in place before<br>importation and going to market.</p><p><br><strong>Who you are</strong><br>You're organised, meticulous and naturally curious, with a genuine interest in retail and<br>products.
