Team Lead, Payday Lending

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Portfolio Growth & Product Performance Management Own and manage the payday lending portfolio for salary customers, driving growth, profitability, customer adoption, utilization, and revenue. Develop and execute business plans, monitor portfolio performance, evaluate trends, and implement initiatives that improve product penetration and business outcomes.
• Digital Lending Product & Customer Journey Ownership Oversee the end-to-end digital payday loan proposition, ensuring seamless customer access, efficient loan processing, and an excellent customer experience. Lead product lifecycle management, enhancements, channel optimization, system improvements, and customer adoption initiatives to maintain a competitive and customer‑centric offering.
• Risk, Governance & Compliance Oversight Ensure portfolio quality and responsible lending through effective credit controls, risk management, regulatory compliance, operational governance, and adherence to internal policies. Manage audit observations, control issues, exceptions, and remediation activities while maintaining strong governance documentation.
