Key Responsibilities
Conduct valuations of residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, and special-purpose properties.
Prepare accurate, well-supported, and professionally presented valuation reports.
Discuss valuation reports with clients, financial institutions, auditors, and other stakeholders where required.
Apply all recognized valuation approaches and methodologies.
Conduct site inspections, market research, and data analysis.
Mentor, supervise, and train trainees and junior valuers.
Review and provide technical guidance on valuation reports prepared by junior staff.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate.
At least 3 years’ experience in property valuation.
Demonstrated experience in preparing valuation reports for banks, financial institutions, corporations, and private clients.
Skills & Competencies
Proficient in all valuation approaches and report writing.
Ability to support and defend valuation reports confidently.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Time management- fast turnaround time.
