Warehouse Supervisor

Salary: From Ksh 40,000 to 50,000

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team at IFS KENYA TRADING LTD. If you are a skilled leader with a background in warehouse operations, we would love to hear from you!

Key responsibilities

• Inventory Management
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
  • Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate records.
  • Oversee stock control, order fulfillment, and inventory audits.
  • Prevent stock losses through effective storage and tracking.
• Logistics Coordination
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing consignments.
  • Work with suppliers, transport companies, and customers about products delivery.
  • Optimize loading, unloading, and delivery schedules.
• Warehouse Organization
  • Maintain an efficient warehouse layout.
  • Ensure proper labeling and storage of goods.
  • Implement systems to maximize space and workflow.
• Reporting and Communication
  • Prepare reports on productivity, inventory, and issues.
  • Communicate with management about any issues on the stock
  • Respond to inquiries or complaints from customers or vendors.

Minimum Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• Certifications in warehouse or supply chain management is an added advantage.

Work Experience

• 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with: Inventory systems, Shipping/receiving processes and Team management

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (ERP) software.
• Knowledge of inventory control systems and Microsoft Office.
