Job Description and Responsibilities

Onfon Microfinance is looking for three (3) committed and results-oriented male debt collectors to join its team. The successful candidates will be responsible for following up on overdue accounts and ensuring the timely recovery of outstanding payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Contacting customers with overdue payments through phone calls and field visits.
• Following up and negotiating payment arrangements.
• Recovering outstanding debts in line with company policies.
• Maintaining accurate records of collections and customer interactions.
• Preparing daily and weekly collection reports.
• Working closely with the finance and credit teams.

Qualifications

• Male applicants only.
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Previous experience in debt collection or customer service is an added advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Honest, disciplined, and result-driven.
• Fluent in Kiswahili. English is an added advantage.
