<p><span style="font-size: 12pt"><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)">Restless Development is a global non-profit agency. We support the collective power of young leaders to create a better world. We are independently registered and governed in nine countries (India, Nepal, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Uganda, UK, USA, Zambia and Zimbabwe) bound together by our vision for youth power. We run youth-led programmes to tackle the issues that young people care about the most. <p><span style="font-weight: bold">About the Project:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt">Restless Development Uganda, with support from the British Council, is implementing the <span style="font-weight: bold">Youth Connect Inclusive Economic Empowerment (IEE) Pathway</span>. The programme is a structured phased intervention that supports young people to strengthen their confidence, skills, networks and practical experience needed to make informed economic choices and pursue sustainable employment or enterprise opportunities.</span><br></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt">The IEE Pathway is a participant centred adult learning journey. It combines facilitated learning, practical assignments, mentoring, employer and enterprise engagement, workplace exposure or business-development activities, and reflection.  </span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt">Participants are expected to take responsibility for applying learning and pursuing opportunities independently.
