The Senior Medical Specialist – Radiologist will be responsible for providing specialized diagnostic imaging services within a healthcare facility. The role involves the interpretation of medical images and collaboration with other healthcare professionals to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Conduct radiological examinations using imaging technologies such as X-rays, CT scans, MRI, and ultrasound. Interpret diagnostic images and prepare detailed medical reports to guide clinical decision-making. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals in diagnosing and managing patient conditions. Supervise and guide junior radiology staff and technicians in imaging procedures. Ensure proper maintenance and safe use of radiological equipment. Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards in imaging services. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and treatment plans. Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation. Support training and mentorship programs for medical staff and interns.
